Ideally we would require the sofa/armchair to be left outside of your property with enough access for our team to collect in a safely manner, however should you have trouble carrying the sofa/armchair outside, please let us know and we'll arrange for a team member to do this for you on the day of collection for a additional fee.
When placing yoursofa.armchair outside for us to collect, we require you to cover it with a sheet or tarpoline, sofas/armchairs that have become wet from the rain will weigh more and this may result in an additional charge for you.
