At AMCO Waste & Building Management Ltd, we strive to provide the highest quality waste removal and wheelie bin hire services. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Waste Removal Services: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service date. If the service provided did not meet the agreed-upon standards, please contact us with the details of the issue.

• Wheelie Bin Hire Services: Refund requests for wheelie bin hire must be made within 14 days of the hire date. The bin must be returned in good condition for a refund to be processed.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable:

• Any service that has been fully completed and met the agreed-upon standards.

• Administrative fees and other non-service-related charges.

 

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@amco-waste.co.uk with your order details and the reason for the refund request. We will evaluate your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.

 

4. Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to be processed and appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.

 

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@amco-waste.co.uk.

 

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@amco-waste.co.uk.
